BLOGGER'S COMMENTS
*What is the distance between the Vindhya Mountains and the Northern shore of the Ocean (many Indians believe this to be the Northern shore of Shri Lanka)? At least 1500 km. Can this be reached just by getting down and getting up? Were there not might rivers like Godavari, Krishna, Pinakini, Tunga Bhadra and Kaveri to cross? Were there not Mahendra Hills, Nallamala Hills and Nilgiri Hills to cross?

*The Lanka of the Ramayana period may be an Island of the River Mahanadi, or Nagavali (in A.P.), or Vamsadhara (in A.P.), or Godavari (in A.P.). It can be anywhere on the coast of Oriss or Andhra Pradesh.
